Your custom idea, built on Shopify
If Shopify or the App Store doesn't do what your store needs, we build it: private apps, storefronts, integrations and the reports behind them. The same care we put into our own apps, on your brief, with a fixed scope and a weekly demo.
A private app, from your one-page brief
Discount rules Shopify can't express, a loyalty or birthday programme, order splitting across warehouses, delivery slots, gift flows, staff tools, approval steps: if it lives inside your Shopify admin or checkout, we can build it as a private app for your store alone.
- Shopify Functions for discounts, shipping and payment rules at checkout
- Checkout, thank-you and customer-account extensions
- Admin screens in Polaris that feel like Shopify's own
- Billing, privacy webhooks and App Store review handled if you later want to publish it
Fast storefronts that stay on brand
Headless storefronts on Hydrogen when speed and control matter, theme sections and app blocks when the existing theme is right, and the small storefront scripts that make an offer visible in the cart. Everything through theme app extensions, so the merchant never edits theme code.
- Hydrogen and Storefront API builds, with cart, search and account flows
- Theme app extensions and app embeds, no manual theme edits
- Cart, progress and gift experiences tied to real checkout pricing
- Core Web Vitals measured before and after
Connect the store to everything around it
Warehouses and 3PLs, marketplaces such as TikTok Shop and Amazon, POS, ERPs, delivery partners and ad platforms. We route orders, sync stock and tracking, and surface the exceptions in plain words so nobody has to watch a log.
- Order routing and split fulfilment across locations
- Inventory and tracking sync in both directions
- Webhooks, queues and retries built to survive the other side's outages
- An operations view that shows every store, worst first
Reports that answer your question
Where the funnel leaks, which offers pay for themselves, how a sale performed day by day, how long deliveries take. Built on your own orders and events, exported when you need the rows, and scheduled as a digest when you don't want to log in.
- Storefront funnel and abandoned-cart analysis
- Campaign and sale reporting with and without discounts
- Delivery and fulfilment times by warehouse and carrier
- CSV exports and scheduled email digests
We stay after launch
An app is only finished when it keeps working. Every build can come with a care plan: monitoring, API version upgrades, Shopify policy changes and a support inbox answered by the people who built it.
Monitoring
Health checks, queue depth and error alerts, seen by us before a merchant notices.
Upgrades
Shopify API versions, Polaris and review rules kept current, on a schedule, not in a panic.
Support
One business day, from the builders, with a plain-word answer and the fix if one is needed.
Two simple ways to work with us
Pick the one that fits the work. Both come with a weekly demo, a shared task list you can see, and no surprises on the invoice.
Fixed-scope build
For a defined piece of work: an app, a storefront, an integration. We agree the scope and the price up front from your brief and our design, build it in weekly slices you can see, and hand over with documentation and a care option.
- A written scope and price before work starts
- Weekly demo on a development store
- Source code, documentation and deployment handed over
- Typical size: two to eight weeks
Monthly retainer
For stores that always have the next thing: a block of days each month for improvements, integrations and fixes, with monitoring and support included. You set the priorities; we keep the backlog and ship every week.
- A set number of days a month, rolled over once
- Monitoring and support included
- Priorities set by you in a shared list
- Pause or stop with a month's notice
What you always get
- A named person who knows your store
- Plain-word progress notes every week
- Tests that run on every change
- Your data handled to Shopify's privacy rules
What we need from you
- A one-page brief in your words
- Access to a development store or a staff account
- One decision-maker who can say yes
- Two hours a week for demos and questions
What we don't do
- Theme edits by hand that break on the next update
- Scraping, grey-hat SEO or review manipulation
- Work on stores we can't test on
- Anything that would fail Shopify's App Store review
Four steps, no surprises
Brief
You write a page in your words. Within two business days we reply with questions, a rough shape and an estimate.
Design
Clickable screens and the data flow, agreed before code. This is where most changes happen, while they're cheap.
Build and test
On a development store with real carts and orders; you see progress every week and can try it yourself.
Launch and care
Released to your store or the App Store, then monitored and supported.
Before you write
How much does a custom app cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we start from a one-page brief and reply with an estimate before any commitment. Small checkout rules and admin tools are days of work; a full private app with billing and review-readiness is weeks. You get a fixed price for a fixed scope.
Who owns the code?
You do, for fixed-scope builds, once the final invoice is paid. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, never your data or your specific business logic.
Can you publish the app on the App Store for us?
Yes. We build private apps so they can become public ones: managed pricing, privacy webhooks, listing assets and the reviewer notes. Publishing is a separate, priced step.
Do you work with agencies and white-label?
Yes. We build; you keep the client relationship and the credit if you prefer.
What if Shopify changes something?
That's what the care plan is for: API version upgrades, policy changes and deprecations are handled on a schedule and tested before they can affect your store.
Where are you based and what hours?
India (IST). We overlap with European mornings and US evenings, and support replies come within one business day regardless.
Tell us your idea
A few lines is enough. We'll reply within one business day with whether it can be built on Shopify, roughly how, and what it would take. No commitment, no sales call unless you want one.
