1. The agreement
By installing Outbound MCF ("the app") on a Shopify store you ("the merchant") agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, which together form the agreement between you and Shreyas Labs ("we"). If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
2. What the app does
The app routes eligible Shopify orders to your own TikTok Shop Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) inventory through TikTok's Multi-Channel Fulfillment API, and syncs dispatch, tracking and stock back to Shopify. You remain responsible for your TikTok Shop seller account, your FBT inventory, and the orders you choose to route.
3. Data processing terms
- You are the controller of your customers' personal data; we process it only on your instructions, which are given by configuring and using the app.
- We process only the recipient name, phone, email and shipping address needed to fulfil each order, for that purpose alone, and we transmit them only to TikTok Shop under your own seller agreement.
- We keep recipient data for no longer than 90 days after an order closes, encrypt it at rest and in transit, restrict and log access to it, and delete it on your instruction or when you uninstall.
- We assist with customer data-access and erasure requests through Shopify's privacy webhooks, and notify you within 72 hours of confirming a personal-data breach affecting your store.
- We will not engage further sub-processors for personal data without updating the privacy policy and notifying installed merchants.
4. Your responsibilities
Keep your Shopify and TikTok Shop accounts secure, make sure you are entitled to ship the routed orders from FBT, and review orders the app flags as needing attention. The app applies order tags and holds in your store to do its work; do not remove them by hand while an order is in progress.
5. Availability and liability
The app is provided as-is. We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for TikTok Shop or Shopify outages, carrier performance, or losses arising from orders you route. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the preceding three months.
6. Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment with reasonable notice. On termination we delete your store's recipient data as described in the privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to installed merchants by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
